To ensure the quality, security and endurance of our services to all of our clients we have established certain  basic usage policies. If compliance is not possible, please consider joining one of our competitors who do not require their customers to follow similar policies. 

Following content or usage is not allowed on our servers: 
 

Content of a pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult nature; 
Content of an illegal nature (including unauthorized copyrighted material); 
Pirated software sites (warez sites); 
Hate sites or content that could be reasonably considered as slanderous or libelous; 
Sending of unsolicited E-mail massages (also known as junk E-mail or SPAM) through our system. 

Questionable content or usage regarding any of the above criteria will be evaluated and decided upon by  VanDerGraff, Inc. 

If an account is found bearing any questionable content or usage, complete access will immediately be suspended. In order to reactivate service an opportunity is provided to remove the content in question. Repeated offenses will result in cancellation of service without prior notice or refunds. 

Usage of system for illegal activities, including but not limited to breaking into remote systems, credit card fraud,  theft, vandalism or threats, will result in immediate service cancellation without prior notice or refunds. 

VanDerGraff, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
